Instead, we use it to personalise a game for you to play to practice your English (as if taking an English immersion language course).

Don’t worry, they do not alter the course of your holiday, (they add a level of treasure hunting to the mix).

FAQs
Do I need to be Visiting an English Speaking Country?
It will help your global language acquisition but it’s not 100% necessary.
However, you do need to be somewhere different to usual, and moving with the curiosity of a tourist (artists have the rare ability to do this in their hometown, it’s why we work with them to design your challenge).
Also, don’t attempt this challenge in a country where you partially speak the language around you, it’s too confusing!
(So you could do this challenge holidaying in your own country, or a country where you don’t speak a word of the language, but NOT anywhere you’ll be switching between more than 2 languages).
Will I be speaking with a bot?
Absolutely not.
We use an emails sequence to collect your travel information, after that, you will be chatting with a real, live English coach about each of your challenges.
AI & Bots can help you learn words, but they can’t transform how you feel speaking English.
Will we be talking live?
No, our ‘chats’ are not live but a conversation spread throughout the day.
(If you are in a completely different time zone we’ll be responding the following day).
What tech will I need?
You will need WhatsApp, a phone with a camera, and internet access at least once a day. Spotify is useful for one challenge, but not essential.
Will it fit into my holiday?
Whether you are paddle boarding, touring castles or visiting friends, we can insert a touch of English immersion into any holiday.
My family has different language levels.
Of course you do!
Everyone can enjoy a fun bit of English and improve. (Remember, it’s not an English competition, it’s an invitation to USE the English you have (and collect a bit more).

I’m a creative English coach with over 5 years of experience designing bespoke English Immersion Holidays in Scotland (plus 12+ years in ELT). I’ve helped countless people go from English learners to confident speakers.
My holidays are designed to build confidence through REAL conversations in supportive, immersive environments. And yes — they’re brilliant! I see real transformation when people relax, have fun, and start enjoying English.
