With Blue Noun, you can try all sorts of activities on your English Language Holiday – now including golf!
In this blog post, I’m sharing photos from our recent trip to Crieff Golf Club, where we met up with club pro David Murchie to discuss golf experiences for our English conversation guests.
You might be surprised to learn that golf is not just for members of this club.
Blue Noun’s English guests are invited.
In fact, anyone can try golf.
Golf is a fabulous way to explore Scotland and be outdoors in fantastic scenery, it’s worth giving it a shot!
Anyone (and everyone) for golf?
We have a few golf options for our English language learners, depending if you have ever played before and what level you have.
Golf | Option 01
for those who have never played at all, David Murchie can introduce everyone to the game and give them putting experience.
Golf | Option 02
For those with some experience, Crieff Golf Club has a 9 hole course to play.
Golf | Option 03
For golfers with a club handicap (experienced golfers) they can play Ferntower Golf Course (Championship Course).

Why Not Try Golf as an English Immersion Activity?
Crieff Golf Club has clubs and equipment to borrow.
Already golf mad?
Be sure to speak to us when you are booking and we can advise you around extending your stay in Scotland to fit in a bit of golf at the beginning or end of your English language holiday (most of our homestay hosts are really flexible about this).
