BOOKING FOR 2022
100% rebooking/refund policy
For your security, Blue Noun is offering a 100% rebooking/refund policy throughout 2022: no questions asked, just change your dates, rebook for next year (any discounts still apply) – or cancel and receive a full refund.
Firstly, we really want you to have a great time at Blue Noun English language School Perthshire Scotland.
We’ll ‘bend over backwards‘ to ensure you love your stay.

COVID-19
We take COVID-19 prevention seriously.
Our class groups are SMALL – with a maximum 4 persons.
We have ample space to comfortably maintain a distance of a meter between each person.


All teaching staff take a lateral flow test on the morning of a face-to-face class.
For the benefit of our staff, fellow students and host families and community we invite all our language guests to take a Lateral Flow Test every Sunday and Wednesday – (which we provide).
We ask all our guests to strictly follow all national guidelines at our language school and during all our immersion English experiences.
Obviously, national guidelines will be different to your home country – PLEASE NOTE – Scotland is a devolved country:
RESTRICTIONS MAY DIFFER FROM ENGLISH GUIDELINES.
Of course, we’ll keep you updated during your booking period too.

PLEASE TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE AS WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR TRAVEL/ADDITIONAL TRAVEL COSTS THAT COVID DISRUPTION BRINGS.

Beyond Covid
Please find here the ‘normal times’ Cancellation Fees/ Refund Policy for Blue Noun Ltd.
They are currently usurped by our No Questions Asked 100% cancellation policy for bookings made for 2022.

Refund Cancellation Policy
31 + days prior to start date – Full refund (excluding non-refundable charges/ *cancellation fees for accommodation)
14+ days prior to start date – 75% of the invoice (excluding non-refundable charges/ *cancellation fees for accommodation)
7+ days prior to start date – 50% of the invoice (excluding non-refundable charges/ *cancellation fees for accommodation)
3+ days prior to start date – 25% of the invoice (excluding non-refundable charges/ *cancellation fees for accommodation)
Cancellation 2 days prior to the start and “no shows” – no refund
Ts & Cs keep our language school able to reliably offer courses and amazing homestay hosts and well-matched classes and activities by planning in advance.

Exceptional Circumstances
Our standard cancellation policy does not apply if you have applied for a travel Visa to be with us and your application has been rejected.
In this case, Blue Noun will offer a full course refund – (excluding non-refundable charges/ *cancellation fees for accommodation/airport pick up service).
This cancellation policy does not apply if you are prevented from reaching Blue Noun Ltd due to extreme bad weather anywhere in the UK.
In this case, Blue Noun will offer a full course refund – including all charges.
Be aware that travel disruption is most likely in January, February March.
*Hotel Accommodation – cancellation are entirely subject to the booking conditions of the hotel or B&B. Our Host Families do not charge or receive a cancellation fee. Please do respect them, and give as much notice as you can.
Airport PICK UP/DROP OFF – – cancellation are entirely subject to the booking conditions of the service provider. Request details on booking if desired.
Upon an accommodation quote, Host Family Accommodation will only be kept available for the first 72 hours following a request.
Blue Noun English Language School clients will be responsible for any theft or unreasonable damage done to a Host Family’s property and property contents under a separate contract (available by request in advance, but distributed and signed on arrival).
